Bug Description

From the midi learning interface, QuickEffectRack1_[channel1]_Effect1 and QuickEffectRack1_[channel2]_Effect1 are not assignable (they appear on deere interface).

Why should these be assignable? Isn't the purpose of the QuickEffect to be used only by the superknob?
