Bug Description
Sometimes the Sync button is not usable because it syncs from 90 BPM to 87 BPM. The second track has BPM on 175! (all BPMs are examples)

87,5 * 2 = 175
Mixxx tries to use the minimum speed change to keep the track "natural"
90 -> 87,5 = 2,8 % almost unbearable even without keylock.
90 -> 175 = 94 % out of range of the speed slider maximum of 90 %
What is you use case that you prefer the 94 % speed change?
