add instructions to manual for DJing with one stereo output and a splitter cable

Now that Mixxx can use single channels for mono output, section 3 of the manual should be updated to describe how to set up Mixxx with a stereo to mono splitter cable to DJ with headphone cueing with only an onboard sound card. This will be useful for users who have no experience with digital DJing and do not have money (or are not yet ready to spend money) on another sound card.

I'd be glad to write the text. It would be great if whoever made the diagrams in that section could make one that looks consistent with the ones already there. Also, I do not have OS X so it would be helpful if someone who does could take the screenshot of the preferences.
