No "Load Track to Deck 3/4" menu items

Bug Description

Under the File menu, there are entries for "Load Track to Deck 1/2" with hotkeys but not for decks 3/4.

Among other changes to the menu bar, It is proposed to remove the items completely.

I agree that the menu bar needs an overhaul, but unless that is going to happen before 1.12 is released, I think "Load Track to Deck 3/4" should be added.
