When exporting a playlist, the extension is not autocompleted

*Repurposing this bug because I can't figure out how to remove or nullify it, and as originally reported it was specific to my desktop environment and not Mixxx's responsibility.*

The extension should appear in the filename field along with the filename. Whichever type is selected should change what appears there. Currently no extension appears in the field.

Symptoms of some bugs in QFileDialog, QFileDialog::getSaveFilename

* if no extension is entered, changing the extension via the drop-down won't add the new extension.

Though any extension is replaced with the new one. But...
* anything after the last dot in the file name is considered "extension". so if you have a playlist name that doesn't end with an extension but contains a separating dot (like when using a date) eveything after the last dot wil be replaced with the new extension :\

I am afraid the extension will never be autocomplete, because we are limited by the native dialog features. So from that point we can set this to resolved.

@RAWRR please open an new bug if you wish to track the visual autocomplete feature.
