Purge selected tracks from library

We need an option to purge selected tracks from the library. This would be helpful to manually cleanup your library of tracks that you once added and that still exist, but that should no longer be part of the library. The tracks should not only be hidden, but removed entirely.

This function is already available, but only for purging missing tracks and not for purging arbitrary tracks in the library where the corresponding files still exist.

Would also be helpful to cleanup the duplicate tracks in your library after https://bugs.launchpad.net/mixxx/+bug/1451778 has been fixed.

Ok, while searching the code I just noticed that there is a workaround:
1. Hide selected tracks
2. Select hidden tracks and purge them

Not very intuitive, but at least feasible. Maybe the procedure for this use case should be mentioned as a hint/tip in the manual? Afterwards we can close this bug.

The Hidden Tracks view is also accessible by expanding the Library tree item in the sidebar. Any tracks that were previously loaded into your library, but were later set to be hidden from the library, will appear here. Use the Hide from Library context menu item in the library view to temporarily hide selected tracks.

Purge Button: Purges the selected tracks from the Mixxx library, but does not remove them from your computer. This will delete all metadata Mixxx has for a track.

Needs more/better text?

As a user I'm expecting a function for the use case "Remove/Purge Tracks from Library". This functionality does not exist in Mixxx directly, but can be achieved by 2 successive steps: 1) Hide + 2) Purge

An additional section that appears in the table of contents as a separate entry and describes this use case explicitly might be helpful for users. Just a single sentence explaining that you need to hide those tracks first before purging them with a reference to "Hidden Tracks" would do it.

From my own experience: I've never used the "Hidden Tracks" feature before and completely ignored it until now. So I was not aware that it provides additional functionality that I would actually need sometimes.
