sort keys by circle of fifths rather than alphabetically

When sorting the library by key, Mixxx sorts keys alphabetically. It would be more useful if the sorting order went in order of the circle of fifths.

If we allow sorting by circle of fifth, we should also add the possibility to sort chromatically.

I would have thought switching the notation mode would switch how keys are sorted, but actually keys are sorted alphabetically by the traditional notation system regardless of which notation is displayed.
