visual cue to highlight search bar when there is an active filter

Bug Description

It can be easy to forget that one has a filter in the library and get confused wondering why so few tracks are showing up. To help avoid this situation, it would be helpful if some visual cue indicated that a filter was active on the library. Currently, the border color of the search bar changes when it has focus. I think changing the border to a different bright color when there is a filter active but the search bar does not have focus would be a good way to do this.

Is this still an issue?

If yes, we can add a property like 'highlight' that is set true when the searchbox is not empty to apply a special style.

Or create a control that can be used for activating an indicator elsewhere in the skin.
