Bug Description
Mixxx should be able to destroy feedback loops with on-board facilities.
Currently the user can use a EQ in the effect racks or the master EQ to ring out the mic. This might be hard in some skins and requires advanced knowledge.
Solutions/Ideas:
* Add the Microphones to the EQ racks
* Add a parametric EQ for Microphones
* Add a notch filter to find and kill the resonance frequency
* Add a feedback controller effect that detects feedback loops and is able to automatically notch out the resonance frequency.
Other microphone related features:
* Parametric bandpass to pass only vocal frequencies
* noise gate
