Mixxx can't detect the bpm for short files

Bug Description
Mixxx Bpm analysis can't handle songs less than 4 bars long. This will be quite annoying for Dj's who do 4 deck mixing with lots of auxiliary loops.
See this 120 bpm kick loops made with Hydrogen.

I dug into this a little bit and it looks like the QM vamp plugin needs a minimum of 6 seconds or so to process. We can look at removing this restriction but it didn't look like the easy fix I expected it would be.
