Bug Description
Since beatmaps are often not perfect, we need the following features:
* Add beat at position
* Remove beat at (near) position
* adjust scale / offset of a *range* of beats (not whole track)
Additional things that would be useful for beatgrids:
* As soon as a beatmap editing function is used, a beatgrid is converted to a beatmap.
* Milestones: pick a point and say "the bpm from here on is X".
