Bug Description
I guess it's because of the refacto of autodj but now, when Mixxx cannot find a track anymore, he's not available to jump to the next track without removing the blocking one from the playlist.

I think this was a bug in AutoDJ before the refactor as well (I can easily reproduce it on the pre-refactor code). AutoDJ doesn't listen to load-failed signals from the engine so it doesn't know that a track load it requested failed. AutoDJ also doesn't handle user-actions very well -- if you eject a track yourself then AutoDJ locks up too.
