sampler/preview changes in skin not reflected in menubar

Mixxx 1.12.0.

I refer to bug report https://bugs.launchpad.net/mixxx/+bug/1192074, that judging the date is for Mixxx 1.11.0.

The same problem is true for Mixxx 1.12.0.

When changing the skin to show/hide the sampler or preview sections by clicking the little triangle, the new setting is not reflected in the menubar.
You'll have to click twice in the menubar to change it again or hit the corresponding ctrl combination twice.

The same phenomenon happens when clicking the vinyl button to show/hide the vinyl section.

I somewhat wonder if -with this new layout- the options are still of use in the menubar.
Yes or no, I think that the ctrl combination behaviour must be fixed anyway to follow the skin.
Or remove all ctrl combinations as well, but I fear that is no option for many users.

Also note that the effects option can be shown/hidden as well in the skin, but there is no alternative in the menu bar.
I think that the show/hide options should either be all removed, either be all present, just for uniformity.

I don't think there is a ctrl combination for the effects section.
If not, one should be added next to the others.

Thanks for taking the time to report the bug.

Please use the original bug to add your comments. Just copy them over. It does not matter if the original bug was reported for an older version. If the bug is still in the current code, as you found out, just use the original report.

This reduces the number of duplicate bugs, allows to track the comment history, and generally makes it easier to keep up with the sheer number of reports.
