Bug Description

Hello,
with mixxx 1.11.0 it is not possible to stream music to an icecast2 sever, with use ssl.
You only see this at the log of the server:
==> /var/log/icecast/error.log <==

[2014-06-20 16:15:58] DBUG stats/modify_node_event update global connections (1)
[2014-06-20 16:15:59] DBUG client/client_read_bytes reading from connection has failed
[2014-06-20 16:15:59] DBUG stats/modify_node_event update global clients (0)

Temporary disable SSL on the server will allow the connect.

Tested on Fedora 19.
Server: CentOS 6.5 with iceast2 from epel.
