soundcard reconfigure pop-up window too low on screen

I am using Mixxx 1.11 on a laptop with Windows 8.1 (using an Intel i5-4200U processor), the screen being WXGA 1366x768.
It is setup with main audio going out via the on-board audio and headphone and microphone going out via a cheap USB sound card.

I googled and searched the bug tracker before raising this bug report.

If I forget to insert the USB sound card before starting Mixxx I get a popup window saying no sound has been configured and giving me the option to continue, reconfigure or exit. I found the file in question as https://github.com/mixxxdj/mixxx/blob/master/src/mixxx.cpp

The bug is that in my laptop this error message appears at the bottom right of my laptop with the 3 buttons appearing under Windows 8.1's taskbar so I have to move the window before I can select a button. Can the popup window be centred instead?

I realise that I should insert my USB sound card before starting Mixx but sometimes i forget.
