Bug Description
If we had a help button in the bottom button box then we could pop open the help manual section associated with the particular preference page.

I started refactoring the manual for a dedicated preferences section for 1.12 already, but did run out of steam.
Would be helpful, but i do not have the time to finalize this for a 1.13.0 release unfortunately.
