MIDI wizard: Can`t use search bar with OS X by default

Bug Description

When opening the Midi wizard, it wont let me click into the search bar and type search terms. It appears the Midi wizard don`t has focus, e.g if i click the "D" , deck 1 starts playing.

If i click in the Mixxx GUI window and then the controller wizard window again, it works.

This is no issue with Ubuntu as per comments in https://github.com/mixxxdj/mixxx/pull/214 . Interested to hear from Windows & other OSX users if this is an issue as well.

Still present with latest 2.1.0-alpha-pre (build master r6307)
