Bug Description
Examples:
* support libmp3lame.dll to prevent requiring a rename to "lame_enc.dl"
* Provide a GUI selector that lets the user browse and pick the library (we would then copy the file into the Mixxx directory).

I pushed a simple change that enables linking of libmp3lame.dll and prints success/failure messages in the logs. Adding a dialog for picking the DLL would be grand, so I'll leave the bug open.
