Mixxx crashes when loading file into deck

Bug Description

This is on OS X 10.9, more information in the log and report below.

Mixxx sometimes crashes to desktop when loading a track into a deck. It's not a definite issue with the file, because the same files don't crash repeatably. This is the case both with and without the controller attached, the one time I wasn't in a hurry to get going again instead of bothering to save logs it happened to be attached though. I have to mention that I almost always drag and drop tracks to the deck - but at least I cannot remember it happened anytime I didn't do it that way.

Also I think mixxx.log is not helpful here because it doesn't actually contain information on the track that caused it since it cuts off before that - I might be wrong on this one, but just a hint. Crash report seems helpful though.

Looks like a TIO double-free. Odd.

Could also be use of TrackDAO from the wrong thread (like here):

Managing of Track object has been reworked substantially for version 2.1. Most likely to be fixed with the upcoming release.
