Bug Description

I just checked the modplug=1 support with current trunk and updated toolchain. Attached is a patch that fixes build errors and warnings. It also corrects the size behavior of widgets in the modplug preferences pane.

The modplug feature was originally contributed by me. I already signed the Mixxx Contributor Agreement. This patch only makes the modplug support ready for use in 1.12.
