Bug Description
Sub-component of Bug #1082115.
Changing the scaler makes an audible pop. The solution here is to run both the old scaler and the new scaler on the next buffer of audio and then crossfade between the two.
Architecturally this is very hard because each scaler causes the RAMAN to move forward.
