Visual artefact on waveform overview when resizing a deck

Bug Description
Steps to reproduce:
Load a track to the Preview deck
Wait till waveform is completely shown
Resize the Preview deck using the libraries' splitter handle
Expected behavior:
Flawless resizing
Actual behavior:
Thick line, which is part of the loading progress indicator, overlays the waveform.
This is currently only visible with the Previewdeck, but when we support OTF resizing , it will be visible with all decks.
