button for copying a loop from a user specified deck to a user specified sampler

This could be a button located either:

a) on each deck, indicating ""push loop *to* sampler" (number)", or

b) a button on each sampler, indicating ""pull loop *from* deck" (letter)".

I obviously knew about the other bug (I commented on it), this bug was a GUI idea. I figured it should be separate.

RAWRR -- I realize :) typically our bugs cover both internal implementation and GUI representation otherwise we would have 2 bugs per feature we wanted to add which would be unwieldy. It's best to keep all the discussion in one place.

or we at least wait until the internal feature is done then file a skin bug against Jus to add it to the default skins
