changing any preference option disconnects shoutcast

When changing Mic input, it disconnects from Shoutcast. I think it should warn the user before it does that, and giving them a Confirm or Cancel dialog.

I'm on Mac OS X 10.8.4, Not sure if the program does the same on other platforms. The version of Mixxx is 1.11.0 (build r3864).

Can you test Pull request: https://github.com/mixxxdj/mixxx/pull/665 or packages from: http://downloads.mixxx.org/builds/1.12-broadcast-fixes/release. Do they fix you problem?

They are on version 1.12 so you should backup your config before you try if you want to drop back to version 1.11

@tuukka: I just tested the r5531 package on Ubuntu and I got a deadlock while shutting down Mixxx. It hung at:

 Debug [Main]: delete ShoutcastManager 821

(all threads waiting on a QWaitCondition in backtrace....)

I was connected to an Icecast server when I quit Mixxx.

Thank you for testing. Did other problem got away so you can change microphone and shoutcast didn't stop working. Can you paste whole backtrace or is there correct place where it's hanging.
