Auto Loading of next track in AutoDJ playlist

It would be nice to use the Auto DJ only for loading a track to a deck if the previous track is finished, nothing more.

This could be implemented as "Fade mode manual" in the advanced auto DJ branch.

But first there is some administration work to do in this branch. So not the ideal Beginner bug.

I'll hold off until the administration work is complete. In the meantime, I'll find another fix to work on. Will there be a notification sent out when the branch is ready for development?
