remembering last playlist directory

Bug Description
When I try to import a playlist in Windows, a file explorer window pops up, and of course, the first time it does, it makes me dig through my directories to find the playlist I want to load, wherever it may be in my folder structure.
The problem for me is that I have to re-burrow very time I import a playlist - even though all of my playlists are always nested in the same directory. It is time consuming and tedious to have to burrow through my folder structure over and over again for the same filetype.
Can Mixx please remember my last selected playlist directory? It would probably be useful for other imported filetypes as well.
This should also apply to exporting playlists.
