Add crate to AutoDJ

We have a context menu option for adding playlists to AutoDJ, we should add the same for Crates.

This context menu entry is missing by design.
Crates and the AutoDJ playlist are incompatible because of the missing order in crates.

But IMHO a suitable work-flow is already supported:

If you want to add a crate to AutoDj, you can
* open a crate track table
* Sort the track as you like using header sorting and filter
* Add the result to AutoDJ (via Drag and Drop or context menu)
This way you have full control over the order of the new tracks within the AutoDJ playist.

Adding a crate to AutoDj via a crate context menu always have a not desired result. But you can do it anyway:
Ctrl-A + Drag and Drop to Auto DJ.

I think it would create congruity between the Playlist context menu and
crate context menu. We could just order them in the natural ordering (i.e.
insertion order in the crate). Maybe it would save someone a step too
(versus Ctrl-A -> right-click queue or DnD).

There is also a slightly differnt approch under dvelopment:

I still have objections to tread crates and playlist similar, see comment #1
(Next step is to display the track order of the crate and then we can remove them because the are actually playlists ;-)

Can you please check if your use case is covered by auto-dj-crates? And if not please describe, so that we will able to find a good soultion.
