Controller scratch: fast oszilating speed, bad sound at rate = 1

Bug Description

This seems to be similar to Bug #1117806, but due to the complete different signal way it may depends on other issues.

This is why I'm in favor of having all scratch input data sources use one common processor instead of having three separate ones: https://blueprints.launchpad.net/mixxx/+spec/manipulation-consolidation

It still happens.

* Load a sine wave to a Deck
* Try to use the controller jog-wheel to transport the track with rate 1
* I hear a wobbling sound instead of a pitch matching the jog speed.

I assume this is due to the CPU load depending midi processing.
A solution might be filter that takes the midi timestamps into account.
A similar thing we did when dejerking the waveforms.
