Wishlist: [Master_sync] - Mixxx should be Jack Transport Master

Bug Description
For Linux people anyway, it would be nice if Mixxx could become the Jack Transport Master, and set the jack transport tempo and phase on the fly (if using Jack) - that would allow control of a variety of loopers, arpeggiators, hydrogen, samplers, effects, sequencers, etc. without having to set an external tempo.
I imagine this has probably been considered as part of the master_sync work, but I didn't see any mention of it anywhere. There's discussion of MIDI clock stuff, but I didn't see any Jack Transport Master discussion. It'd be great to have the option to use either.

Yes, this would be very nice to have. It should be implemented as part of a larger midi tempo integration plan.
