Bug Description
As requested in Bug #1085747, we would like a control that is "stateful" in that it remembers whether or not you are focused on the track table or the sidebar. If you hit activate it on a browse section that has no children then the focus toggles to the track list. If you hit 'back' then you jump back to the sidebar where you were previously selected.
This allows using an activate button, a back button and a knob to navigate both the sidebar and the library.
