Bug Description
In EngineBufferScale are unused parameters and outdated names in use.
The attached patch solves it without changing any logical things.

Thanks -- this has been needed for quite a while. Can you commit it to lp:mixxx ? (It looks like it doesn't change any logic to me too but better safe than sorry).
