Add preview deck to VIEW menu and its relevant controls to controller wizard

Bug Description
Now we got PreviewDecks and a more flexible library layout, it would be nice to have the PreviewPlayer visible at command in the skins.
I propose the following controls to be in a PreviewDeck (which is hidden by default) above the SEARCH input field:
* Play/Pause (Right-click jumps to Start)
* Waveform overview
* Track/artist name (one row)
* Mini Gain slider
* Mini volume indicator
* Mini Eject button
We might discuss the relevant controls and if we want to have the Preview Deck visible by default.
The patch adds the following:
* Show/Hide + Shortcut in VIEW menu
* Controls in the MIDI wizard: Strip-search, gain, play/pause, jump to start, eject
* Tooltip if we`d ever choose to use a show/hide button fro PreviewDeck in the GUI

Thanks -- committed though I changed [Previewdeck] to be [PreviewDeck] to be consistent with [PreviewDeck1]
