Uninstall Shortcut should be Removed

Placing an uninstall shortcut in the start menu is non-standard and as a result, an "Uninstall" icon will appear as a tile in your Windows 8 start menu. (It looks super amateurish and you'll immediately unpin it...)

We should try to remove that from the installer...

Back in the day (before Windows had an installation monitoring system (before 95/NT 4.0) it was common. But yeah, let's remove it. It's one or two lines in the NSI file.

Patch changes the NSIS installer so that no uninstall shortcut is created in the start menu as per MSFT Windows UX guidelines : http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windows/desktop/aa511447.aspx#files

Looks fine to me -- we still need to generate the uninstaller EXE because the Add/Remove programs control panel tool calls it, right?
