Add key control knob to skins

I think mixxx should have a knob to control key in default skins.

As far as I understand, key can be currently modified independently from rate with controllers, but there is no GUI element for this in skins.

I think hile thought this was already part of Mixxx via MIDI Script or
similar -- it's not possible today but will be once Varun is done with his
summer project :).

Pitch knobs are coming in 1.12!

I have thought about this:
Put key controls below the key display. Two night rider like sliders, on pixel hight, one displaying the absolute key shift, one is displaying the distance to the full key. Two tiny arrow buttons to shift the Key + a "R" and a "S" button for reset and sync
