Bug Description
With 1.11 r3287 using the Filtered (GL) waveform on Qt 4.6.3 on Debian Squeeze, the waveform does not align with the audio (most noticeable on beats.) With CBR files, the waveform leads the audio and this difference remains constant throughout the track. With VBR files, it could lead or lag, and the difference is not contstant. This is visible during scratching or normal playback, so you can slowly drag to see it. This does NOT happen with WAVs, OGGs, AIFFs or FLACs.
