Bug Description
This is a follow up to the discussions that took place in bug lp:998096.
Given the variety of options, the waveform display will be outsourced from the "Interface" section to a separate section in the preferences. This would also also reduce the default vertical dimensions of the preferences window.
The new "Waveforms" section should be listed below the "Interface" section in the preferences`
