Clear BPM and Beatgrid option should be disabled on BPM locked tracks

Bug Description
If we lock tracks ( via lock icon in BPM column or via mouse menu) we do not allow beat calculation and manual change of the bpm. However we allow to Clear BPM and Beatgrid via mouse menu. This is inconsistent.
Ideally we would grey out "Clear BPM and Beatgrid" and "Lock BPM" if the track is already locked and "Unlock BPM" if the track is not locked. We do something similar when crates/playlists are (un)locked.
