There is no mistral/actions/openstack/mapping.json to copy or Update!

As per the Docs in all releases and in openstack mistral docs, Step 8 (https://opendev.org/openstack/mistral/src/branch/stable/queens#:~:text=Update%20the%20mistral/actions/openstack/mapping.json%20file%20which%20contains%20all%20available%20OpenStack%20actions%2C%20according%20to%20the%20specific%20client%20versions%20of%20OpenStack%20projects%20in%20your%20deployment.%20Please%20find%20more%20detailed%20information%20in%20the%20tools/get_action_list.py%20script.) is to copy the mistral/actions/openstack/mapping.json which is the actions ! but in yoga release there is no such a file not even in the whole directory of mistral!!!

Would it be ok to run without copying or do i need to change something?

Also there is no tools/get_action_list.py to run and see what happen!

Please give me some advices! I'm on centos 8 stream with openstack (installed by packstack)
