Bug Description
We now have a pdf builder for Mistral that creates a pdf with the documentation. However, there are some encoding issues in it like this:

̆a workflow: ̆asome_
̆a ̆a ̆aparam1: ̆aval1
̆a ̆a ̆aparam2: ̆aval2
We need to fix them.
