don't work with config memcached_servers

Bug Description

When i using mistral, i have try config block "keystone_authtoken" with option "memcached_servers" like recommend in mistral-api log. But i noticed after config this option, mistral don't work.

Config:

[keystone_authtoken]
...
memcached_servers = controller:11211
...

Please, help me.
