Failure in containerized-undercloud-upgrades trying to upgrade workbook

I think the error is here:

"+ openstack workbook delete tripleo.octavia_post.v1"
"Unable to delete the specified workbook(s).",

We're listing all the workbooks and try to delete them, but can't. It would seem an issue from the mistral side. I would bet https://review.openstack.org/#/c/582482/. Mistral got recently promoted, and previous run used version from July 20th.

    Update workbook namespace to '' on migration

    Namespaces for workbooks have been recently introduced by
    I2c66b3961915f0f35a9c468eb6dd0c0c70995234. It adds the new column but
    leave the default as NULL in the database, and doesn't update the old
    workbooks. This makes old workbooks undeletable. This patch adds a new
    migration updating the workbooks.
