Execution deletion doesn't work if you use mistralclient 3.5.0 with Queens or earlier

Bug Description

In mistralclient 3.5.0 the force parameter was added. It defaults to False, however, mistral server will reject the request as it doesn't expect it.

We need to update mistralclient so that the flag is only passed to the server if it is true.
