Bug Description
Delayed calls and named locks can stuck in their table in case of environment problem (Mistral or database).
This could lead to lower performance.
I think we need a some automatic maintenance procedure to clean up stacked calls and locks.
P.S. I don't understand how named locks can stuck but they does :)
