Bug Description
When using the following command you should get a detailed error with any syntax problems in a workbook. However, at the moment if you try and create a workbook it will error without any information.
For example, I had a workbook that was missing the version number. I got this:
$ mistral workbook-create test.yaml
ERROR (app) Bad Request (HTTP 400)
I had to go into the api log to find out what the error was.

Apparently --debug gives you something more useful. But I think we should show it by default.
However, since it is actually possible for users to view it (logs don't count, as users may not have access), I'll lower the importance.
