Bug Description
As per the doc http://
retry should be executed when task is in error state and user want to retry that task. But this is getting executed even task is complete.
Actually we want to use some mechanism to monitor the resource status and tried retry which is working fine but with doc it is creating confusion.
We should clarify that which one doc or code is right?
Can we use retry for monitoring the resource status? means in case of tasks success.
