[ui] User can't modify wb/wf definition that was uploaded as a file during its creation

Steps to reproduce:
1. Log in Web UI
2. Navigate to "Workflow" panel
3. Click on "Workbooks"
4. Click on "Create Workbook" and select "File" as a definition source
5. Select wb definition

Observed result:
After file is selected, user just sees its context, but can't modify it if it is needed

It's a feature request.
if we decide to implement - it should be available to other entities as well, not exclusively workflow.

    Make the definition section of the wb/wf create section editable

    User cannot modify wb/wf definition that is uploaded as a file
    during its creation. After file is selected, the user just sees
    its context but can't modify it if it is needed. So, making the
    field editable.
