Mistral API returns blank list instead 404 status code on "list executions" request from nonexistent workbook

Bug Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Send GET request to workbooks/{nonexisten workbook}/executions

Actual result:
We get 200 status code with blank list([]), but 404 expected
