Bug Description

Just installed miral-examples on a bare-bone Ubuntu server instance.

Runing miral-shell fails with:

ERROR: /build/miral-kVzMys/miral-0.2.0+16.10.20160930.1/miral/cursor_theme.cpp(53): Throw in function miral::CursorTheme::operator()(mir::Server&) const::<lambda()>
Dynamic exception type: boost::exception_detail::clone_impl<boost::exception_detail::error_info_injector<std::runtime_error> >
std::exception::what: Failed to load cursor theme: default

I needed to install dmz-cursor-theme to fix this.
