Bypass logic doesn't support Wayland surfaces

Bypass relies on native_buffer_handle() returning something useful. But WaylandBuffer implements it as:

    std::shared_ptr<mir::graphics::NativeBuffer> native_buffer_handle() const override

        return nullptr;
