Bug Description

With lp:~alan-griffiths/miral/fix-1699084

$ bin/miral-desktop -launcher mir_demo_client_target --cursor-theme whiteglass

The target follows the X cursor, not the Mir cursor. Moving the cursor to the corner of the window shows that the the top left of the cursor image is drawn at the real hotspot.
